Accessing your digital subscription

Starting with the July/August 2025 issue, all print subscribers will now have access to Canadian Geographic’s digital issues!

To access your digital issue(s), you can either use Pocketmags OR the Canadian Geographic app.

Pocketmags (web browser or app)

1. Visit the Pocketmags digital activation page and select Canadian Geographic from the dropdown list of publications
2. Enter your email address when prompted, then enter/create your password
3. Enter your Customer ID when asked. (Your Customer ID is an eight-digit number that can be found a) in your initial subscription confirmation email, b) on your Can Geo subscription bill or c) on the mailing address written on your magazine’s cover page at the bottom right: find it on the line above your name.)

OR

Canadian Geographic app

1. Download the Canadian Geographic app for iOS or Android
2. Launch the app and select “Existing User” or go to Login
3. Select “Login with my Canadian Geographic Customer ID” (See above for instructions on finding your Customer ID.)
