Robin Esrock

Bestselling author, award-winning journalist and international TV host Robin Esrock has reported from over 120 countries on 7 continents. Robin created and co-hosted Word Travels for National Geographic and Travel Channel International, a 40-part TV series that has been broadcast in more than 21 languages.  He has written six bestselling travel books, including The Great Global Bucket ListThe Great Australian Bucket List, and the smash national bestseller, The Great Canadian Bucket List. Robin is a former travel columnist for The Globe and Mail, MSN and Vancouver Sun, and his award-winning stories, photography and videos have also appeared in dozens of major publications worldwide.  He is a popular keynote speaker at events and conferences, with an inspiring TEDx travel talk that has over 1.1 million views. Robin was nominated as the Tourism Industry Association of Canada’s Travel Media Professional of the Year, and he has appeared as a bucket list travel expert on CBC, MSNBC, The Wall St Journal, 60 Minutes, Travel+Leisure, ABCNational Post, and many others.  A Fellow and Travel Ambassador for The Royal Canadian Geographic Society, Robin lives with his family in Vancouver, BC.
