Katłı̨̀ą Lafferty

Katłįà is a member of the Yellowknives Dene First Nation, based between her ancestral homelands of Somba K’e (Yellowknife, Northwest Territories) and Coast Salish Territory. She is an award winning best selling author, mother, grandmother, and daughter of the Dene. Her work is rooted in her strong matrilineal lineage and northern roots.
