Wade Davis

Wade Davis is a professor of anthropology and the BC Leadership Chair in Cultures and Ecosystems at Risk at the University of British Columbia. He served as Explorer-in-Residence with the National Geographic Society from 2000 to 2013 and is the author of twenty books including Into the Silence, One River and The Wayfinders. His photographs have appeared in some thirty books and a hundred magazines and have been exhibited at numerous institutions including the International Center of Photography in New York and the Annenberg Space for Photography in Los Angeles.
