Debbie Olsen

Debbie Olsen is an award-winning Métis writer and a national bestselling author based in Alberta. Olsen loves adventure, history, nature, photography, great food and family — not in that order. She has contributed to more than a dozen travel guidebooks for Fodor’s and Lonely Planet and has written four travel books. She’s a regular columnist for the Calgary Herald, has a nationally syndicated column and she freelances for many publications.
