In this video, we walk though some of the big mechanical items (like heat pumps and water heaters) we’re implementing now that our house is sealed,  and how we’re paying for them via rebates and interest-free loans – as well as talking about some of the smaller ways to do more local heating and cooling where you are in the house, so that those big systems don’t have to work so hard.
