Energy Monitoring

The first step for this challenge is to perform an energy audit on our appliances and devices using an electricity usage monitor.

Our house used 28,582 kWh of electricity over the past 12 months. The average detached house in Quebec uses 27,511 kWh per year.

This puts us in the yellow section: not quite energy-efficient, not quite energy-hungry.  Let’s see how we can change that! 🙌🏼
