Our home construction journey was guided by two core themes: environmental consciousness and multi-generational living. From the start, we prioritized eco-friendly materials and energy-efficient features, such as solar panels and geothermal. Simultaneously, we designed for accessibility and flexibility, ensuring our home accommodates the needs of all generations. With these notions in mind, we are creating not just a living space but a sustainable sanctuary for our family’s future.

Currently Installed Items

  • Geothermal rough-ins were installed throughout the home 
  • Triple-pane windows were installed throughout the home 
  • Radiant heating was installed in the basement level of the home 

Outstanding Items

  • Radiant heating will be installed throughout the remaining levels of the home
  • Spray foam insulation
  • Solar system and power walls
