Whit Fraser

Whit Fraser is the former chairman of the Canadian Polar Commission and a former executive director of Inuit Tapiriit Kanatami. His memoir, True North Rising, chronicles his years working as a CBC journalist in Canada’s North and the changes he witnessed in those years.
