Travel writer and editor Lola Augustine Brown is originally from England but settled in Nova Scotia after living in Sydney (Australia, not Cape Breton), Las Vegas, and Vancouver. She loves exploring the world with her four children, and going solo, and is forever looking for quirky places that are more of a story than just a destination.
