It’s a map that will have you tapping your toes in no time flat — but we need your help creating it. Canadian Geographic’s interactive Great Canadian Song Map will plot tunes about the nation in time for Canada’s 150th birthday.

Staff at Canadian Geographic and The Royal Canadian Geographic Society have already started populating the map with their picks, a few of which appear below. Now it’s your turn. Send us your single favourite song via Twitter or Facebook using the hashtag #CanadaSongs, or use the online form, and we’ll add it to the map.
