The transition from summer into fall is often one of the most pronounced. Late summer warmth quickly transitions into cooler temperatures and with it, all the trappings of the season — apple cider, pumpkin picking, cozy sweaters, and of course, the changing leaves and fall foliage. The colours look different across the country but they all have one thing in common — they are stunning.
